Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Billing & Claims Associate (Claims Success Associate II).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with authorizations, claims management, insurance payments, and patient billing inquiries
• Support process improvements and contribute to training for new hires
• Manage documentation and information sharing about payers with other teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with medical accounts receivable, preferably in outpatient therapy
• Proven experience in healthcare billing
• Demonstrated training ability
• Organized with the ability to track progress against priorities
