Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processing and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes payroll information by calculating, posting, and disbursing payments
  • Generates and processes notice of change (NOC) reports and responds to verification of employment requests
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and handling other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a finance-related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications
  • Experience working virtually with minimal supervision
