Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Accountant to provide guidance and support regarding expatriate tax programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and education to expatriates and business unit managers about the expatriate tax program
• Explain tax equalization policies, resolve cases, and collaborate with the tax assistance firm for settlements
• Manage inquiries from expatriates or business units, ensuring high-quality and responsive communication

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in individual income tax preparation
• 2 years of strong Excel, VLOOKUP, and pivot table skills
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with expatriate income tax preparation is preferred
