A company is looking for a Pre Sales Analyst - Telecom, CCaaS, Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design or modification of business and IT systems
• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in a Business Analyst role
• Understanding of cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and systems
• Experience in project management processes and working in a matrixed environment
