Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to multidisciplinary technology teams
• Guide solution architecture, development processes, and innovation strategy across projects
• Ensure technical delivery excellence while balancing quality, timelines, and client needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position
• Proven success managing technical teams in consulting, government contracting, or enterprise delivery
• Strong technical grounding in platform architecture, automation, or software development
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing innovation and automation in the application delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with federal contracting environments and compliance considerations is preferred
