Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentor in Residence for an Emerging Brand Retail Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold weekly office hours to mentor ventures on sales, marketing strategies, and product development
• Maintain a resource log and proactively identify resources for cohort members
• Facilitate workshops on various topics, including sales and marketing, for the program participants

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling a retail brand
• Experience as a retail buyer or pitching to retail buyers
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or advising early-stage startups
• Strong connections to retail buyers and experts in retail brand growth
• Commitment to supporting mission-driven ventures and diverse founders
