Lead and develop team members while managing multiple concurrent projects/programs
Support initiatives in requirements definition, process development, and documentation
Perform process verification/validation audits and design performance feedback systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Seven years of experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas
Certification or progress toward certification in relevant methodologies is highly preferred
Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies is a plus
