Ediscovery Project Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ediscovery Project Analyst to serve as the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for daily client requests and escalate to the Project Manager as necessary
• Draft work direction for other departments and prepare client data for processing
• Monitor and report on the progress of client requests across multiple departments

Required Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs and review platforms
• Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of other review platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Availability to work extended hours as needed
• Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment
