PPE Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PPE Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support to Emerging/Inside Sales Clients via various communication channels
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and the company to resolve issues and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain knowledge of the system to assist in client training and support
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of mortgage experience and/or demonstrated technical capabilities
  • Experience with mortgage pricing and/or Secondary/lock desk preferred
  • Ability to work 10am to 7pm CST, Monday through Friday
  • Proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution
