Associate Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager (Virtual, West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and re-verify insurance coverage policies and benefit details through direct contact with payers
• Receive incoming referrals from providers and maintain workflow of incoming faxes
• Research payer Prior Authorization Processes and maintain accurate data on individuals and their insurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, case management, or healthcare field experience
• Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
• Experience in a high-volume patient services program preferred
• Must reside in the western region
