 🎯Find and engage the best candidates by exploring innovative sourcing methods. 

🎯 Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for various job positions 

🎯 Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms 

🎯 Coordinate interview schedules and provide support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process 

🎯 Support various HR projects  

  

Your superpowers: 

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

✅1+ year of experience in Recruitment, bonus if it’s in retail 

✅Experience with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus 

✅ Creativity: You’re full of ideas to shake up “business as usual” and make hiring more exciting. 

✅ People Person: You genuinely love connecting with people and have a sixth sense for finding talent. 

✅ Technology savvy, “out of the box” culture
