About the Position:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. You will play a critical role in supporting people operations initiatives as we grow the company. 

This opportunity is based in our Boston office on a hybrid work schedule. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full cycle recruiting for across various roles and levels including technical and non-technical 

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies 

• Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies

• Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit 

• Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

• Drive employer branding efforts 

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires joining VideaHealth 

• Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting 

• Assist with other people operations initiatives as they arise! 

About You: 

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment 

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles

• Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

• Experience supporting people operations or HR initiatives is a plus

• Ability to commute to our Boston HQ on a hybrid schedule
