We are looking for a Appstore manager who will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Apple and Google Appstore listings, events and converting app-store users into Photoroom customers.

✨ About the role ✨

  • Program our global app-store events calendar

    • You’ll keep our global app-store event calendar up-to-date, using audience insights and keyword research to program a range of global and local events, festivals and seasonal moments.

    • You’ll look for opportunities to optimise and localise our events calendar to increase brand impressions and drive conversions across our global markets.

    • You'll work on automating the app-store events calendar and processes

  • Manage our content workflow

    • You’ll be responsible for uploading all event materials to the app-stores, including writing copy, translating and localizing content and liasing with the app-store teams.

    • You’ll work with a team of international designers to create eye-catching assets, and give feedback to ensure content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and in-line with appstore guidelines

    • You’ll build relationships with our counterparts at Apple and Google to ensure Photoroom is considered for editorial opportunities, and own our response to special event requests from their teams.

  • Optimise our app-store listings

    • You’ll revisit our current ASO approach, and make improvements in our strategic markets.

    • You’ll seek opportunities to increase apps-store conversions by reviewing keywords, testing screenshots, optimising product descriptions and running regular A/B tests.

    • You'll launch Custom Product Page to optimise conversion rate working closely with our graphic designer.

  • Integrate with broader content activities

    • You’ll collaborate closely with our in-app content strategist, using insight from event and ASO performance to identify new content opportunities.

    • You’ll also contribute to the broader seasonal calendar at Photoroom, connecting your efforts on the app-store, with broader product and campaign initiatives.

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of growth, content or digital marketing experience for an international fast-growing app product.

  • App-store optimisation: You have previous experience in ASO, with a strong understanding of app-store algorithms, and a demonstrated ability to improve app conversion rates.

  • Culturally sensitive: You are well-versed in localizing content for the unique tastes and nuances of a wide global audience, and can create visual content that appeals to a range of countries and cultures.

  • Design thinking: You understand what makes a good image. You have experience briefing design teams, and can give clear, direct feedback that helps improve designers’ work.

  • Communication: You have excellent spoken and written communication skills. You’re able to articulate your thinking.

  • Agency & ownership: You are comfortable operating as ‘a team of one’, and show strong ownership of your projects, spanning both strategy and execution.

  • Attention to detail: You are happy taking care of tasks that require a high degree of specificity and detail, and enjoy editing your own work.

  • Analytical: You have excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive ASO improvements.

  • Language: Native fluency in English. Experience in a second language a plus.

  • Automation: You've a true interest into automating workflows and processing leveraging the lastest AI tools.
