Pharmacy Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact payers regarding outstanding accounts receivables and handle unresolved inquiries/issues
• Collect receivables over 90 days old and negotiate collections of overdue bills
• Analyze daily denial management correspondence and identify bad debt write-offs and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6+ months of medical or pharmacy billing or collection experience
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCPS coding
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours, including occasional overtime or weekends
