Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to provide developer support for users experiencing issues with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support requests and manage ticket queues
• Assist users with account management and technical issues
• Update support documentation and identify patterns in support tickets

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical issue triage
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Familiarity with SQL, especially Postgres, is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte is a bonus
• Linux command line experience is a plus
