Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides appointment scheduling for established patients, including complex multi-provider appointments
• Obtains detailed clinical information and serves as a liaison between patients, families, and providers
• Prepares provider schedules, manages daily changes, and performs data entry into patient care databases

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in health administration or a related field is strongly preferred
• A minimum of one year of related health care and/or customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to carry out complex scheduling as required
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• PC proficiency and ability to work productively in a remote environment
