Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacy 340B Program to lead and optimize their 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the 340B program ensuring compliance, performance, and reporting
• Analyze and enhance 340B technology platforms and develop innovative tools
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team while leading large-scale projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 5 years of hospital pharmacy operations or 340B contract pharmacy experience required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with 7 years of relevant experience may be considered
• Master's degree in Business/Management or Hospital Pharmacy Administration preferred
• Experience in operations, purchasing/procurement, and pharmacy billing/information systems
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills required
