Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Billing, Retention, and Payment Recovery Process functions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of call center operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior management role
• Strong understanding of workforce management and service level optimization
• Proven experience in developing and managing performance-based incentive programs
• Exceptional leadership development skills with a history of coaching leaders
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data for decision-making
