Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to enhance customer and employee experiences
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team to achieve business goals
• Monitor performance and implement merchandising plans based on data analysis and market trends

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel overnight and between stores as necessary
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
