Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Excellence & Results Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of the Revenue Cycle Organization's OKR program
  • Track and communicate performance metrics aligned with key results and KPIs, escalating concerns as necessary
  • Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of each cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
  • Proven expertise in managing OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
  • Familiarity with OKR software/tools and experience in their implementation
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives effectively
