P&C Licensed Brokerage Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Placement Service Representative to provide policy service and underwriting support remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy service activities including status requests and certificates of insurance while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Make decisions regarding business acceptability and risk classification, prioritizing daily work management
• Consult with agents and partners to enhance customer service and recommend internal process improvements

Required Qualifications

• P&C License and Surplus Lines License or L&H License required within 45 days
• Undergraduate studies in business administration or a related field preferred
• One year of related insurance experience preferred, or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
