Support Enforcement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage families to ensure compliance with child support obligations and provide necessary resources
• Locate non-custodial parents and work with other agencies to establish paternity and support obligations
• Manage a large caseload and provide testimony in court proceedings as required

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to interact with a diverse public in a service setting
• Skill in information collection and analysis for case management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of legal processes and experience in child support enforcement is preferred
• Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
