Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Carrier Associate Benefit Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide beneficiaries in selecting health insurance coverage over the phone
• Consult and advise clients on their health insurance options while meeting sales metrics
• Navigate multiple systems and applications during client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Current active health insurance license is mandatory
• Ability to obtain releases 12 days before the start date
• Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales role
• High level of integrity and customer focus
• Comfortable working in a seasonal capacity until December 8th
