Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through complex scenarios effectively.
• Document and track customer inquiries in the support system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and resolve pressing technical challenges.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and support processes.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance customer assistance.

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required, along with good command of English.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve common issues.
