• Greeting & Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming residents, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Access Management: Monitor building entry to ensure only authorized individuals access the property, adhering to safety protocols.
• Package Handling: Receive, organize, and notify residents of delivered mail and packages.
• Resident Support: Respond promptly to resident inquiries or concerns, directing them to appropriate resources if needed.
• Security Oversight: Conduct routine checks around the property and report any security or maintenance concerns to property management.
• Building Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring it remains a comfortable and professional space.

• Previous experience in a customer service, concierge, or doorperson role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse student population.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on security and safety.
• Ability to handle high-traffic periods, especially during student move-ins, move-outs, or special events.

The estimated salary for this role is $11.50/hour. This is a part-time role 20 hours per week.
