Polish Speaking Rental Services Interaction Specialist-Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Polish Speaking Rental Services Interaction Specialist, available as a remote position in Greece, specifically in Athens. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service and want to support Polish-speaking clients throughout their car rental experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to rental services.
• Assist customers during the rental process, guiding them in making reservations, selecting vehicles, and understanding rental agreements.
• Effectively resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues to ensure a smooth rental experience.
• Coordinate with rental locations to ensure vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Stay updated on rental policies, vehicle options, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or rental industry, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
