Polish Speaking Fraud Prevention Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Polish Speaking Fraud Prevention Specialist, allowing you to work remotely from Greece. This role is critical for individuals passionate about safeguarding customers and detecting fraudulent activities within the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactions for suspicious activities to prevent fraud in real-time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to fraud prevention and security.
• Investigate unusual account activity and initiate necessary actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine fraud prevention strategies.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records of investigations in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and techniques to enhance detection methods.
• Educate customers on safe banking practices and how to protect their accounts.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
