Polish Speaking Banking Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

This role is based in Athens, Greece, and allows for the convenience of remote work. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients in the banking sector, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking banking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and a range of banking products and services.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve banking-related issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Guide clients on banking policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.
• Update knowledge of banking products and services to accurately inform clients and improve service offerings.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in the use of customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem-solving.
