Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support physicians, dietitians, and patients in a telemedicine environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of patients as their primary point of contact for inquiries and issues
• Coordinate patient care by addressing general inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Provide administrative support for clinicians and communicate patient feedback to improve operations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is strongly preferred
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced medical practice
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping patients
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Slack and Google Workspace
• Motivation to pursue a career in clinical medicine is encouraged
