A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner to provide support and assess needs
• Models effective communication and coping skills while assisting clients in setting personal recovery goals
• Develops relationships with clients to identify changes in emotional or behavioral states and advocates for necessary resources

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in crisis intervention and support
• Ability to manage phone requests under pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift environment
