Job Summary

A company is looking for a Golf Trusted Advisor for a remote position with a 10:00am-7:00pm shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual golf consultation appointments and provide product recommendations based on the Golfer's needs
• Assist customers with order placements, inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout their purchasing journey
• Collaborate with in-store teammates and internal partners to resolve customer issues and execute back-office functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of golf products and experience playing the game
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
