Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
• Review proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturers' recommendations and negotiate pricing adjustments as needed
• Analyze clients' business needs to create solutions and recommend maintenance services while communicating with clients for approvals

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Jacksonville Metropolitan Area or surrounding Florida counties
• Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
