Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Counsel Global IP (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inventors and R&D to provide counsel on IP-related matters
• Draft patent applications and manage examination proceedings
• Design and manage IP portfolios aligned with business strategy

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, (Bio-)Chemistry or related field
• Completed training as a European Patent Attorney
• At least four years of IP experience in an industry IP department or major law firm
• Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in relevant fields
• Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts
