Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B sales agreements to drive revenue while managing legal and business risks
• Develop and enhance contract forms, playbooks, and training for sales teams
• Collaborate with various business teams to provide legal support and creative solutions for customer requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Membership in at least one state bar
• Proven drafting and negotiating skills for various commercial agreements
• Strong judgment with the ability to balance risk and business objectives
• Experience supporting B2B sales organizations in contract negotiations is a plus
