Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to build and scale their partner enablement program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Partner Success Enablement Program, including processes and training resources
  • Establish partner success metrics and implement tracking and reporting processes
  • Foster relationships with partner stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner success


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Management, or Customer Success in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven experience in building programs from scratch in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Understanding of partner business models and revenue drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable enablement frameworks
  • Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
