Shipment Setup Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shipment Setup Specialist for the Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and refill calls to patients and provide ongoing support
• Complete shipment setup in the non-commercial pharmacy dispensing system and document calls in various systems
• Coordinate shipments to healthcare provider offices and maintain communication with internal operational staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a case manager or call center representative
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
