Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Coordinator on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience and data accuracy
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes, maintaining participant trackers and Investigator Site Files
• Collaborate with trial teams and respond to CRO queries, escalating any operational issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience with tech tools such as Calendly, Docusign, and others
• Experience in patient onboarding, including screening calls and follow-ups
• Ability to maintain tracking systems and execute follow-up procedures
• High agency, bias for action, and flexibility in response to work priorities
• Passion for the mission of improving healthcare and trial processes
