Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to oversee project administration and support operations in the Energy Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sales contracts are complete and accurate before distribution to operations personnel
• Manage paperwork deficiencies and ensure correct management of solar contracts
• Issue and approve work orders and invoices to third-party vendors based on quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years of operations management and analytics experience, including 1 year in the solar industry
