Medical Supplies Intake Coordinator & Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Supplies Intake Coordinator & Sales Representative. Responsibilities

      • Patient Intake Process:
        Manage the intake process for patients requiring medical supplies, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
      • Eligibility & Benefits Verification:
        Verify patient eligibility and benefits for medical supplies by communicating with insurance companies. Review and interpret patient coverage to determine the most appropriate supplies.
      • Insurance Coverage & Guidelines Verification:
        Verify coverage guidelines with various insurance companies, ensuring the correct products are authorized and ensuring compliance with each insurance plan’s policies.
      • Doctor Communication & Prescription Verification:
        Reach out to healthcare providers to verify patient prescriptions and medical notes. Ensure that prescriptions meet the necessary requirements for medical supplies and that all information is accurately documented.
      • Sales to Medical Offices:
        Conduct sales outreach to medical offices, introducing new products, addressing client needs, and ensuring medical offices are informed about the latest product offerings. Provide recommendations to doctors and office staff based on their patients' needs.
      • Data Entry & Documentation:
        Accurately enter patient information, insurance details, and prescriptions into the system. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
      • Customer Service:

    • Experience:
