Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order data entry into SAP
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve order issues
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain associated records

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or logistics preferred; a 2-year degree required
• Knowledge of SAP R3, Microsoft Office, and inventory control operations
• Experience in purchasing and receiving activities
• Strong computer skills and customer focus
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to perform routine data entry
