Staff Accountant - Property & Casualty

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Property & Casualty (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Direct Bill and Agency Bill reconciliations and manage electronic deposits
• Process insurance producer commission statements and perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and analyze revenue and expense fluctuations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a property and casualty insurance brokerage
• Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and HawkSoft AMS preferred
• Prior experience with Business Central accounting software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools
