Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts to meet accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and manage accounting teams, fostering a collaborative environment and overseeing project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller and 2+ years of audit work in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams to meet deadlines
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven leadership skills in a rapidly growing firm
