Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist for Adults & Teens in a full-time telehealth role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video while managing a diverse clinical caseload
• Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultations and training to improve clinical skills and provide culturally responsive care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and maintaining a full clinical caseload of teens and adults
• Experience in managing clinical crises and engaging parents in teen care
• Ability to work full-time and cross-license to support client access
