Grazing Management Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grazing Management Program Manager to lead regional strategies for livestock grazing in Intermountain Rangelands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration on grazing management projects across seven western states
• Build partnerships with agencies and organizations to enhance grazing practices and policies
• Track project progress and assist in funding development and strategy refinement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience in conservation practice or equivalent education and experience
• Experience managing complex projects, including staffing and finances
• Supervisory experience in motivating and leading teams
• Experience in partnership development with non-profits, community groups, and government agencies
• Experience in negotiation
