As an integral member of our HR team, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth HR operations. From assisting with onboarding to helping manage benefits and payroll processes, your organizational skills and proactive attitude will be vital to our success.
 
🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing onboarding packets and conducting orientations.
  • Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries and updates.
  • Assist in payroll processing tasks.
  • Schedule interviews, and support recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and ensure compliance with retention policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support training programs.
  • Assist with compliance and other HR-related projects.
  • Occasionally commute to our northern medical offices to provide on-site HR support.
🎓 What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1+ year of relevant HR experience required.
  • Previous experience in HR settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll, and onboarding processes preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
