Czech Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our diverse range of fashion and apparel products.

Your proficiency in Czech will enable you to effectively guide clients through their shopping experience, ensuring they receive the information and assistance needed to make informed purchases. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive, engaging atmosphere that reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel products
• Assist customers with order placement, product information, and return processes
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the merchandising and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and services
• Stay updated on fashion trends and promotions to provide informed recommendations

• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the fashion industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for fashion and helping customers find the perfect items
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
