Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Entertainment Systems Department for one of our clients! In this important entry level role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, providing expert assistance regarding their home entertainment systems and related inquiries. Your language skills will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer care. If you enjoy helping others and have a keen interest in home entertainment products, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and product features
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and company policies
  • Gather user feedback to improve service quality and product offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably related to technology or home entertainment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing top-notch customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus
