Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a high-touch onboarding experience for new members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to explain the engagement model and develop personalized HomeCare Plans
• Engage with members to assess their home maintenance needs and establish trust through effective communication
• Document homeowner's issues and aspirations while providing actionable guidance for preventive and routine maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in home inspection, general contracting, or a related field with a broad understanding of residential housing systems
• Technical knowledge of home maintenance standards and typical maintenance cycles
• Ability to effectively utilize technology for virtual meetings and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and convey empathy during member interactions
• Proven ability to identify challenges and provide solutions in a professional manner
