Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Imaging Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer support team for Enterprise Imaging, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Monitor team performance and develop strategies for employee recognition and professional growth
  • Establish best practices for customer support and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a progressive management and/or lead technical role
  • 2+ years of IT management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in support help desk management
  • 2+ years of medical imaging experience (preferred)
  • Proven knowledge of Imaging Informatics and/or Healthcare IT (preferred)
