• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and data-driven customer engagement
• Familiarity with related tools and platforms such as CDPs and CRMs
• Experience managing large-scale campaign execution with structured customer data
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
